We're looking for analysts. We recruit students who want to research ideas, build portfolios, and learn how markets actually work. No prior finance experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to put in the work. You'll pitch your own trades, defend your reasoning to the team, and see your calls play out in a live paper book.
